Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Mortgage Specialists to ensure exceptional customer service and tailored financial solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong alliances with internal and external partners to build a referral base.
• Sales & Lead Conversion: Coach the team to maximize inbound and outbound lead conversion through quality client engagement and credit underwriting justification.
• Market & Product Analysis: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and industry regulations to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Mortgage Product and Credit teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficientader processes.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in loan advisor services.
