Job description
Event Coordination

Support school to plan, organize, and execute school events including camps, celebrations, learning journeys, and enrichment program.

Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, and documentation

Coordinate arrangements for transport, food, prizes, decorations, equipment etc

Develop and prepare event resources, materials and schedules

Collaborate closely with administrative and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery

Teaching and Learning Support

Assist teachers in developing and preparing learning materials, classroom displays, and interactive teaching aids

Administrative and Other Duties

Provide administrative support to school across various school functions

Maintain accurate records, inventories, and resources for classrooms and events

Undertake other duties as assigned by school to support overall school operations.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with Pass in English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in event management
  • Preferably with experience working in an education institution
  • Preferably possess valid First Aid certification with CPR & AED
  • Proficient in English (written and oral)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic digital tools (eg. google sheets)
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Resourceful, initiative and able to multitask in a dynamic school environment
