What You’ll Do

• Prepare and craft signature tea beverages with precision and care.
• Ensure quality and consistency by following established preparation techniques.
• Deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the tea bar in compliance with health & safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist in receiving stock deliveries
• Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate, responsible, and motivated individuals
• Prior experience as a Barista or in F&B is an advantage—Training provided
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic and expanding brand
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
