• 1. Basic Criteria | 基本条件：Female, 19-35 years old; height 1.62-1.70m, weight 45-55kg, well-proportioned figure, neat appearance, gentle temperament 女性，19-35岁；身高1.62-1.70米，体重约45-55公斤，身材匀称，五官端正，外型清爽和气，自带温婉气质
• 2. Skills & Experience | 技能与经验：
  • ◦ Passionate about tea culture; familiar with the basics of six major tea categories 热爱茶文化，熟悉六大茶类基础知识
  • ◦ Solid tea brewing skills; prior experience in service or sales is preferred 具备扎实的茶艺冲泡技能，有相关服务或销售类工作经验者优先
• 3. Personal Qualities | 个人素质：Eager to learn, motivated, excellent communication skills, patient in introducing tea knowledge to customers 好学上进，沟通表达能力良好，能耐心为顾客讲解茶品知识

III. Core Job Responsibilities | 三、核心工作内容

• 1. Professionally introduce the company’s tea characteristics, brewing methods and cultural background to diners to promote tea product sales 向用餐客人专业介绍公司茶品特点、冲泡方式及文化背景，促成茶产品销售
• 2. Provide tea service, tea art and incense art performances for in-store customers to create a premium tea culture experience 为到店客人提供茶水服务及茶艺、香艺表演，打造优质茶文化体验
• 3. Responsible for the daily management, storage, cleaning and maintenance of tea leaves and tea sets, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards 负责茶叶、茶具的日常管理、保管及清洁维护，确保茶具用品合规卫生
• 4. Keep accurate work logs and accounts; complete monthly inventory checks and report to the company 如实记录工作日志台账，月底完成库存盘点并上报公司
• 5. Additional Responsibilities for Tea Artisan Manager | 茶艺师店长额外负责：Oversee daily store operations, coordinate the team and achieve the company’s tea-related business targets 店面日常运营管理、团队协调及业务指标达成
