Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Support the TCGM manager in overall Management of TCGM (Total Chemical & Gas Management) operation at client sites
  • Attend customer meetings, provide technical updates, and submit daily operation reports.
  • Lead and supervise a team of (6 Technicians) to ensure smooth operations and strict compliance with safety regulations
  • Plan and execute daily TCGM operations and preventive maintenance for chemical and gas distribution systems within semiconductor facilities.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure chemical, slurry and gas system integrity in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system issues, including pumps, valves, filters, gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes (VMB) and Valve Manifold Panels (VMP)
  • Manage on-site spare parts inventory and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, quality trends, and reliability data to support continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with customers to provide technical support and ensure sufficient chemical and gas materials are available within permitted usage limits.
  • Train and coach team members, coordinate with Safety officers on required certifications and training courses.
  • Maintain high housekeeping and 5S in all TCGM-managed areas
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned
Keys Requirements
  • Possess Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical or E&I Engineering Field or equivalent working experience in TCGM or TCM or TGM related operation or maintenance work

Candidate with higher education level will be considered as Senior Engineer position.

  • Proven supervisory skills in leading and managing a team with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience (operation or / and troubleshooting) in chemical, slurry or / and gas system is an advantage
  • Basic chemical knowledge and experience on chemical or gas operations and understanding of P&ID and system design
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Experience in maintenance works for pumps, valves, filters, gas cabinets, VMB, VMP etc…
  • Willing to work overtime when required
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients/vendors.
  • Good adaptability and flexibilityWork Location is at the East of Singapore, Candidates must be willing to work on-site.
