Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of Human Resource experience focused on Talent Development.
  • Demonstrated experience in setup and enhancement of Talent Development frameworks.
  • Ability to articulate Talent Development frameworks designed and implemented end‑to‑end.

  • Design and implement structured learning and development frameworks.
  • Coordinate and enhance learning initiatives for alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the design and rollout of structured internship and early‑career development initiatives.
