A leading Integrated Chip Design Center in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top technical talent across Southeast Asia, primarily for roles in semiconductor and IC design. This position involves end-to-end recruitment, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and managing candidate experiences. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and Mandarin proficiency is advantageous. This role offers strong exposure in a fast-growing sector.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably from a top-tier MNC or reputable technology organization.
  • Prior experience recruiting technical or engineering roles is highly preferred.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage due to frequent interaction with China-based teams.

Our client is a leading Integrated Chip Design Center, with a growing regional presence. The Singapore team is expanding and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring needs across Southeast Asia, with a focus on identifying and relocating top technical talent to China.

This role offers strong regional exposure and the opportunity to work closely with a fast-growing semiconductor organization at the forefront of chip design innovation.
