Job Description
  • Lead the Turner & Townsend end to end recruitment process for real estate cost management division in Singapore
  • Working with business unit leaders to determine the resourcing requirements for the business in the short, medium and long term.
  • Develop and lead effective recruitment strategies which cover conventional and digital campaigns.
  • Drive usage and compliance of the ATS functionality
  • Implement ATS functionality to drive efficiencies across full candidate journey
  • Responsible for keeping agency expenditure to a minimum
Qualifications
Essential Technical Criteria:
  • Extensive experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of planning and implementing successful recruitment campaigns using different channels
  • Ability to write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent
  • Ability to use LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance
  • Proficient in the use of the ATS functionality, including reporting and hiring manager collaboration
  • Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Experience of line and performance management of others

Qualifications

Ideally applicants will be professionally qualified recruiters, with previous, proven recruitment experience in the construction sector, specifically across the Cost Management, Project Management and or Project Controls/Programme Management disciplines.

  • Experience of managing the recruitment process end-to-end
  • At least 2 years of experience within the Recruitment industry (Agency/In-house) whilst Construction/Real Estate/Property experience will be advantageous
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
  • candidate with more experience could be considered as Senior level
