A fast-growing tech company in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to develop recruitment capabilities and drive end-to-end hiring processes. The candidate should have a strong background in talent acquisition within the technology sector, fluency in Mandarin, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. This role includes responsibilities from early careers to executive-level appointments.
Our client is a fast-growing, Singapore-headquartered technology company at the forefront of emerging tech. To support its ambitious growth plans, it is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to develop its recruitment capabilities and drive its end-to-end hiring.
Reporting to the COO, you will lead recruitment efforts across early careers, experienced hires, and executive-level appointments. In this highly visible role, you will shape and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies, processes, and systems that support growth. You will work closely with the founders and senior leaders to identify talent needs, build pipelines, and bring market insights, candidate behaviour, and best practices - particularly in the technology sector - to inform hiring decisions and talent attraction efforts.
You are degree-qualified with a proven track record in talent acquisition gained in high-growth technology companies, spanning both start-ups and more established environments. You bring deep understanding of the tech talent landscape in Singapore and beyond, spanning both technical and non-technical roles. Fluency in Mandarin is required due to business operations in China. Entrepreneurial, adaptable and solutions-oriented, you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and bring a strong sense of ownership and creativity to your work.
