Job summary

A family office investment firm in Singapore is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to oversee the entire talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of HR experience, preferably in Blockchain or Fintech. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process and evaluating HR indicators. This role will temporarily allow remote work and offers performance-based bonuses.

Overview

Our client is a MAS registered family office investment firm which focuses on making strategic investments in blockchain and fintech companies. They are looking to fill the role of a Talent Acquisition Business Partner primarily responsible in the overall talent acquisition strategy and operation.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the whole talent acquisition process, including supplying hiring managers with a competent and proactive talent acquisition service.
  • Using a strategic primary recruiting method for all openings using a number of services, such as cold poaching, advertisement, and so on, and proactively creating talented individuals for future needs in necessary skill sectors.
  • Dive deeper into present and future company demands and create possibly the best strategies to assure short- and long-term gains in team goals, efficiency, and growth.
  • Evaluate important HR indicators, create ongoing employee feedback channels and process improvements and use data to build HR interventions.
  • In accordance with labor rules and market best practices, resolve employee relations issues and assist managers with dispute resolution and grievance management.
  • All elements of our business should promote and embrace our culture and values.
Requirements
  • A bachelor\'s degree and at a minimum eight years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience are required.
  • To engage with the stakeholders based in China, Japan and Taiwan.
  • Prefer to have HR experience in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency, Fintech or Internet companies.
Additional Information
  • Annual bonus will be based on company and individual\’s performances.
  • Work remotely temporarily.
