You will join SUEZ Europe & Central Asia, a Business Unit (BU) looking to achieve significant growth in its Water and Waste activities in the countries selected in the Group's strategic roadmap for the medium‑term plan. The ambition is strong, but the BU wants to develop its activities notably in the following countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Serbia, Uzbekistan, and potentially Spain. However, we also need to keep a close eye on the market, so that we can potentially develop in other countries in the region.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

As the System Analyst for this project, you will play a critical role in managing the deployment and operations of systems deployed in the government's commercial cloud environment. This position requires technical expertise in cloud technologies, in scripting and integration, and a good understanding of government regulations and compliance standards. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of our cloud‑based systems while adhering to strict government guidelines.

Which skills and experiences you will need to succeed in this role?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT operations in an enterprise or government environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, etc.
• Good knowledge of government regulations, compliance standards (ICT&SS Management, Digital Service Standards), and security frameworks.
• Experience in both Windows and Unix/Environments.
• Good knowledge of scripting (shell scripts, powershell, Python…), ETL processes, etc.
• Strong understanding of web technologies
  
• Experience in database management and SQL language. Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and PostGRE is a plus.
• Experience in virtualization and managing VMs (VMWare, HyperV…).
• Experience working with teams in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
