Overview
The Role:
- Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix and Citrix server systems.
- Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimise downtime.
- Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.
The Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or its equivalent.
- Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well.
- Has 1 to 3 years minimum work experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of Microsoft, Nutanix or Citrix system implementation, project management and O&S.
- Has good communication and writing skills.
- Has experience in performing project management, handle technical challenges and in liaising with the user and vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.
- Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server platform not limited to Microsoft System Centre suite of products.

- RSA Security Appliance
- Splunk

- Tenable VMS
- Veeam Backup
- Ansible Automation Platform
- Tenable VMS
