Job description

Individual to support to IT Manager in managing the IT project pipeline and ensuring adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role involves project planning, coordination, and communication across teams to ensure successful delivery of IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the IT Manager in managing the IT project pipeline and ensuring SDLC compliance.
• Participate in IT project planning by evaluating priorities, complexity, and resource availability.
• Review IT project and change requests, maintain a master project list, and provide regular updates on project progress and achievements.
• Assign reference numbers to IT requests, review changes in business process flows, conduct initial IT risk and dependency assessments, and coordinate with requestors and the DevOps team.
• Translate customer and internal business requirements into functional specifications and assist in developing solutions for manufacturing and business systems.
• Report IT project and change management updates to business stakeholders and contribute to solution design and system backup development.
• Identify system gaps and dependencies through system analysis, support System Integration Testing (SIT), and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business owners to ensure quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with HQ IT teams for root cause analysis, testing, and coordination with business teams.
• Work with support and development teams to analyze issues and implement bug fixes.

Requirements

• Upto 3 years of experience in gathering user requirements, performing system analysis, drafting functional specifications, and implementing IT systems.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with VB, .NET, or C# programming languages.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals.
