Job Description

This role reports into COO function to operationalize Private Bank support via a central team setup.

The role holder will /is:

  • A team member of Central Team focusing on Private Bank process.
  • Be part of a Central Team setup supporting the Front Office (including SCAs). Partner with Client Advisor to ensure the onboarding journey for Client is smooth.
  • Be part of the knowledge center to the Front Office for Client Onboarding documentation.
  • Process client account maintenance request and provision of general services to Front Office staff.
  • Cover/ support activities part of end to end onboarding journey - from Account Opening form signed to Welcome Pack preparation to Client.
  • Responsible for simple queries from Front Office.
  • Work with Front Office to submit instruction to middle office/ back office.
  • Depending on the task, it may include entry into Private Bank system.
  • Adhere to Internal policies & procedures and elevate where necessary.
Skill Set:
  • Experience in leading a team for delivery.
  • Knowledge in private banking onboarding documentation process - handling account opening documentations.
  • Excellent organizational and client servicing skills and ability to multi-task and work under time pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively.
  • Strong appreciation and in depth understanding of Private Banking business models and processes complemented by good program / project management skill sets.
  • Good understanding of Private Banking process and controls, front-to-back and an appreciation of use of IT as an enabler.
  • Mature and able to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to be hands on.
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident and able to interact with colleagues from other functional areas.
