Job summary

A leading fresh produce company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage stock movements in a cold room environment. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with stock allocation and delivery schedules, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and apply hands-on knowledge of perishables. A valid driving license is required. Experience in perishables or FMCG environments is preferred, offering a chance to contribute to a dynamic team focused on bringing European fresh produce to Asia.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

You will lead and supervise warehouse operations in a cold room environment to ensure accurate stock management and efficient logistics. You will drive compliance with stock allocation and delivery schedules, collaborating with drivers and warehouse specialists to meet revenue targets and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage stock movements in the cold room warehouse at Buroh location to maintain operational efficiency
• Verify and approve stock draw out, returns, incoming stock, and ensure stock balances accurately match the warehouse system records
• Roster and supervise on-site warehouse specialists to ensure completion of daily operational tasks without loose ends
• Monitor and enforce compliance of van sales drivers with allocated stock to achieve revenue targets
• Maintain daily updates of stock inventory in the warehouse system and Google Drive for accurate record-keeping
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with various on-ground stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
• Apply hands‑on knowledge of perishables and utilize MS Excel, Google Drive, and IT tools to support warehouse management

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid manual class 3 driving license to operate a 10‑footer chiller truck for delivery as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience working in perishables or FMCG trade environments, demonstrating familiarity with stock and warehouse operations
