General Summary:

Leverages understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes (e.g., demand metrics, supply levels, customer pushout) to analyze, report, and resolve supply planning activities. Monitors product schedules and scope. Manages demand signals using the Demand Statement and other reports to plan, schedule, and monitor material movement through the manufacturing cycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Product Planning, or related roles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly supplier calls focusing on supply commitments and cycle time adherence.
• Schedule and review supply planning in MRP systems, oversee commitments from suppliers, and manage supply from purchase to shipment.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Sales, Supply Operations, Capacity Planning, Sourcing, Finance, and Business Operations to understand demand, product life cycles, and strategies.
• Communicate regularly across teams to address supply gaps.
• Manage customer signals related to demand fluctuations.
• Coordinate with global and regional supply chain teams to address execution needs.
• Enhance process efficiency and automation, sharing best practices with peers.
• Potentially lead a team of analysts focused on supply chain execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing teams.
• Rapid Response experience (preferred).
• Strong collaboration skills and team orientation.
• Attention to detail and instructional abilities.
• Experience with MRP planning and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Analytical, decision-making, and self-starting abilities.
