Job Description

• Position Title: Supply Chain Manager
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end export operations, including bookings, vessel schedules, cut-off management, documentation, and customer coordination.
• Prepare, review, and submit all export and regulatory documents (Japan exports, Halal, SFA approvals/submissions, Health Certificates, COO, customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, and country-specific requirements).
• Coordinate with QA, Production, Warehouse vendors, Procurement, and Finance to ensure accurate, on-time shipments.
• Manage customer complaints end-to-end, including investigations, corrective actions, and closure.
• Control and reduce export costs (demurrage, detention, storage, freight) through disciplined planning and follow-up.
• Maintain export trackers/dashboards and provide weekly reporting to Management.
• Review and improve export SOPs, workflows, and documentation accuracy.
• Oversee import operations and inbound coordination with suppliers and agents (as scope expands).
• Manage warehousing and logistics vendors, ensuring stock accuracy and strong inventory movement controls.
• Improve inventory visibility, inter-factory transfers, and alignment with production planning.
• Drive continuous improvement across export, import, warehousing, and inventory processes.
• Provide costing analysis and operational recommendations directly to Management.
• Lead and develop a supply chain team improve role clarity, workloads, accountability, and standard ways of working.
• Deliver measurable cost savings through process, manpower, and logistics optimisation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
