Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Supervisor I (IQA) with strong supervisory skills and knowledge of ISO9000. The role involves guiding inspectors, ensuring compliance with procedures, and training staff. Ideal candidates have a diploma in engineering and at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance supervision. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role as a QA supervisor in related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide inspectors to perform inspection according to incoming procedure.
• Ensure incoming inspection on material is performed according to standards.
• Generate monthly MRB & LAR reports for Incoming Quality performance.
• Conduct On-The-Job Training for IQA Inspectors.
• Ensure compliance of ISO audits.
• Maintain discipline and morale of the workforce.
• Maintain high standard of 5S housekeeping.

Supervisor I (IQA)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that all inspectors are guide and lead to perform inspection according to incoming procedure.
• Ensure that incoming inspection on material with quality output are being perform within receiving aging.
• Generate monthly MRB & LAR reports for Incoming Quality performance.
• Conducting On-The-Job Training for IQA Inspectors.
• Ensure ISO audit internally and externally are compliance to requirements
• Maintaining discipline and morale of the workforce as well as provide coaching and counseling if required.
• Maintain high standard of 5S housekeeping within IQA section.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role as a QA supervisor in related field is preferred.
