Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage team work schedules.
• Conduct interviews and recommend part-time staff.
• Ensure staff performance meets expectations and take disciplinary action when necessary.
• Provide training for new and existing staff.
• Communicate changes in procedures effectively.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Support marketing initiatives.
• Manage inventory and financial controls.
• Analyze records to boost sales.
• Maintain business records per operational guidelines.

Job description

1. Completes and monitors staff work schedules.
2. Conducts interviews for part time staffs and recommends for employment.
3. Monitors staffs performance and issue disciplinary action if necessary.
4. Conducts in-store training for all new staffs and existing staffs.
5. Communicate to staffs all changes in food preparation, formulas etc.
6. Ensures that all health and safety guidelines/codes are maintained and company safety and security are followed.
7. Supports and implements all marketing activities.
8. Responsible for inventory and money control system.
9. Analyze business records to increase sales.
10. Maintains business records as outlined in Subway Operations Manual.
11. Completes University of Subway as directed.
12. Performs other task as maybe assigned from time to time.
