Set up tables, clear plates, maintain cleanliness, and replace cutlery.

Assist with side station prep, handle basic guest requests, and support team members.

Oversee the associates, coordinate service flow, and ensure smooth operations.

Welcome guests, advise on menu/wine, handle feedback/complaints, and ensure exceptional service.

Manage table settings, coordinate with kitchen, handle reservations, and perform pre‑shift checks.

Train new staff, lead by example, ensure SOP adherence, and support the Restaurant Manager.
