Responsibilities

• Promote company's skincare products to customers.
• Demonstrate skincare routines or techniques to customers professionally.
• Educate and offer expert advice on skincare routines and application techniques.
• Assist customers in selecting products that match their skin type.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle phone and walk-in customer enquiries.
• Build rapport with customers for long-term relationships.
• Maintain a presentable appearance and good conduct.
• Ensure accuracy of stock levels and transactions.
