Job Description & Requirements

• Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
• Able to lead a team of foreigner workers
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the main contractors, subcontractors & suppliers
• Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedure and maintain good house keeping
• Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficient mannerSupervisse and coordinate the activities at project site
• Control and main tain the safe and smooth progress of work
• Handle project documentations, monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and schedule of works
• Supervise site progress which includes attending site meetings and discussions
• Undertake any ad-hoc project assignment as and when assigned
