We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be involved in some of our highest impact and most strategic projects. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, motivate and get stuff done even if it seems impossible. The candidate is also expected to pick up in a short time frame as we work in a fast-paced environment and often push the boundaries.

Job Objectives & Key Responsibilities:

1. Functional Support & Assistance

• Ensure advanced understanding of clients’ business needs
• Collaborate with teams in drafting functional specifications
• Assist teams in interpreting and conceptualizing client-provided information

2. Implementation Support

• Ensure compliance of technical specifications with functional specifications
• Support development teams during coding of processes and business rules
• Contribute to functional testing campaigns to ensure developments meet client requirements

3. Consulting & Knowledge Sharing

• Monitor developments in payment-related areas (standards, regulations, legislation, etc.)
• Prepare and distribute documentation related to payment activities
• Provide training in functional areas within their expertise
