Job description

We’re looking for a Studio Manager who is organized, proactive, and people-oriented to oversee the daily operations of our dance studio. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys creating a positive environment for both staff and students, and who can balance administrative efficiency with a personal touch.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the overall studio operations
  • Manage administrative duties, including registration, class scheduling, and studio logistics
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service to parents and students
  • Supervise and support the admin staff team
  • Coordinate with teachers and management on class arrangements, events, and performances
  • Manage studio inventory, suppliers, and general upkeep
  • Assist with back-end operations such as data management and documentation
Requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in administration, operations, or customer service (experience in arts or dance environments is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
