Overview

This role is on 6 months contract until 31 March 2026.

Position Overview: Office of Student Life (OSL) is seeking a dedicated and dynamic coordinator to enhance the vibrancy and quality of student life, with a focus on supporting international students at SUTD. This role involves coordinating student engagement activities, facilitating community-building initiatives, and providing pastoral support to ensure a meaningful and inclusive student experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and/or conduct weekday and weekend activities for international students, including bridging students (time off in lieu will be provided for weekend duties).
  • Manage resident-initiated hostel events, where applicable.
  • Support student hostel leaders (House Guardians) in their outreach, event management, and community-building initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the Residential College initiatives.
  • Provide logistical, administrative, and manpower support for OSL events and programmes.
  • Assist in rendering pastoral care to international students, especially Freshmore (Year 1 Undergraduates).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and photography/videography.
  • Passionate and ability to work effectively with tertiary students and multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, meticulous, and organized.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
