Job summary

A student care service provider in Singapore is looking for dedicated staff to oversee students, maintain classroom order, and plan engaging activities. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Student Care environment.
• Familiarity with the Primary School syllabus is an added advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintain classroom organization and procedures
• Supervise students in homework and academics (Math, English, Science, Chinese) while fostering curiosity and confidence.
• Plan and lead engaging daily activities, exciting field trips, and fun holiday programmes.
• Safely fetch students, oversee meals, nap times (lower primary), and timely dismissal while maintaining a secure, clean environment.
• Guide students with care, track attendance, and provide assistance for those facing challenges, working closely with the Centre Supervisor.
• Create and maintain an organized, welcoming classroom with quality resources for learning and play.
• Participate in centre operations, events, and inter-departmental initiatives to make a lasting impact.
• Liaising with school management and parents on matters in particular regarding student affairs and teaching & learning issues.

Requirements

• Min. O Level, Higher Nitec or Diploma (in any discipline)
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a Student Care
• Familiarity with the Primary School syllabus is an added advantage
• A proactive, independent mindset with a passion for working with children and solving classroom challenges.
