Who We are looking for

  • A passion for working with and mentoring primary school children.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Patient, cheerful, responsible, resourceful, and motivated.
  • Strong proficiency in Primary School English, Mathematics, and Science.
  • A team player with IT proficiency (Microsoft Office for planning and parent communication via email or school apps).
  • Prior experience working with children is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to guide students in Chinese homework is a strong plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Escort children safely from nearby schools to the student care centre.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and disciplined classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
  • Guide and supervise children to complete their homework and spelling practice in a small group setting.
  • Plan and execute engaging holiday and enrichment programs (e.g., arts & crafts, educational games, and field trips).
  • Build positive and open relationships with parents through regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Maintain student records, including attendance and incident reports.
Work Schedule
  • Full-Time (Jurong West): Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Part-Time (Choa Chu Kang): Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM
