Job summary

Job description

As a Student Care Coach, you will play a crucial role in providing care, guidance, and support to students outside of their school hours. You will create a safe and nurturing environment that provides holistic care and support to students, encompassing not only their academic growth but also their well-being and personal development.

Key responsibility areas
  1. To provide safety, quality care, guidance and supervision in order to inculcate good values and character in children.
  2. To plan and organize enrichment activities.
  3. To supervise children in their completion of school work and coach them in their studies.
  4. To attend to daily routine needs of the children.
  5. To liaise with parents on their children’s attendance, progress and Centre’s activities.
  6. To perform administrative duties as assigned by the Centre.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  1. GCE O level and above. Those with N level and with relevant training certificate in student care may be considered.
  2. Love working with children and able to guide them.
  3. Cheerful, responsible and able to work as a team.
  4. Good interpersonal skills to communicate well with all levels of people.
