Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a Structured Products and Settlements Officer for a 3-6 month contract. The selected candidate will manage lifecycle processes for Equity and FX structured products, acting as a key operational support. Candidates should have a basic understanding of financial products, strong attention to detail, and good command of English. This position is open to Singaporeans only.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial products; exposure to derivatives or structured products is an advantage.
• Experience with Avaloq is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle processes for Equity and FX structured products, including system setup, confirmations, fixings, and valuations.
• Handle daily OTC option and DCI fixings.
• Act as a key operational support and subject matter contact for Front Office and Head Office.
• Process incoming and outgoing payments and manage securities settlements (FOP and DVP).
• Handle cheque and cash transactions, resolve reconciliation breaks with Head Office.
• Support special condition setups, order amendments, retrocession and trailer fee processing.
• Perform operational tasks including client offboarding and physical documentation handling.
