Job summary

A leading engineering and construction firm located in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of relevant experience in RC structure design and shop drawing preparation. The candidate will be responsible for management and coordination of structural work, ensuring client requirements are met, and reviewing submissions from subcontractors. The ideal applicant will be proficient in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office, holding a degree in Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in RC structure design.
• 2+ years experience in RC structure shop drawing preparation.
• Experience in underground RC tunnel structure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RC structure shop drawings.
• Support the Head Manager and Design Team Managers.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure compliance with requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• At least 2 years’ experience for RC structure shop drawing preparation with Cad-Drafter.
• At least 5 years’ experience for RC structure design and 2 year’s experience for underground RC tunnel structure.
• Support Head Manager and Managers of Design Team.
• Management and Coordination of Structural work.
• To coordinate with Cad-Drafters and ensure all the requirements of clients and authorities are achieved.
• To coordinate and review all the submissions from subcontractors.
• To coordinate with client/consultants on any discrepancy on design.
• To review structural design against Client’s requirements and Authorities demand.
• Auto CAD and Micro Station Drawing skill.

Job Requirements

• Degrees in Civil Engineering, MS in Structural engineering preferable
• Mins. 5 years relevant experiences
• Auto CAD, Microsoft Office
