The Strategy, Planning and Analytics (SP&A) sits within the wider Regional BI & Planning team. SP&A’s mandate comes from the Group President and the Leadership team. Our focus is on providing insights and analyses to support the leadership team in making sound decisions to develop our businesses – ecommerce and digital finance. We collaborate closely with Regional and Local teams on a variety of topics to achieve our mandate.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct and build thorough research reports and analysis on various industries and companies including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis
  • Gather relevant data from multiple sources, including internal teams, industry / company reports, databases, and primary research
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, structured presentations and reports to communicate meaningful insights for senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain knowledge bases and research repositories to enable scalable analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any field
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a top-tier equity research, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or strategy consulting firm
  • Excellent research, data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driven and hard‑working self‑starter, focused on delivering high quality results with efficiency and speed
