Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in driving key business initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and facilitating communication among departments. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and be bilingual in English and Chinese. Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO in driving key business initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Track and analyze sales performance regularly; compile and present reports to support CEO’s strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments to ensure accurate communication and effective implementation.
  • Prepare meeting documents, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Draft business reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external communication.
  • Assist in scheduling, meetings, and other administrative tasks related to the CEO’s business activities.
  • Undertake other assignments as directed by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong potential or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services (e.g., investment banking, securities, asset management).
  • Familiarity with sales processes and metrics; strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Prior experience working directly with senior executives is a plus.
