Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology risk, IT audit, or comparable roles in financial services.
• Hands-on experience with risk frameworks and thematic assurance reviews.
• Deep familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Demonstrated experience operating effectively in Agile and DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight to ensure technology risks are managed effectively.
• Develop board-level risk memos translating technical risk into actionable recommendations.
• Advise stakeholders on risk design and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with audit and compliance for integrated assurance.
