Responsibilities

• Process daily purchase orders and ensure accurate, timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update delivery schedules and shipment status records.
• Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
• Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams on material receipt and inventory updates.
• Maintain organized procurement records, including POs, quotations, and supplier documents.
• Assist with vendor evaluation and cost comparison.
• Handle documentation for import/export and logistics processes.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards.

Skills
