• Identify opportunities and hold regular engagements with agency/community partners.
• Oversee end-to-end project management of assigned collaboration/initiative(s).
• Keeping abreast of developments within health and social landscape.
• Secretariat duties to drive progress and conversations in assigned portfolios.
