Job Scope of a Strategic Partnership Manager
(Business Development Department – Cleaning & Facilities Services)
1. Partnership Development & Relationship Management
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with property management firms, facility owners, commercial clients, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure continued business collaboration.
- Maintain a strong client network and act as the main liaison for partnership-related matters.
2. Business Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Develop strategies to expand Shiners Facilities Pte Ltd's cleaning and facility management portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, bids, and tender submissions for new contracts.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs (e.g., pest control, landscaping, disinfection services).
- Conduct market research to uncover new business segments or service opportunities.
3. Strategic Planning & Market Positioning
- Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands within the Singapore cleaning & FM industry.
- Recommend strategic initiatives to strengthen the company's market position and brand presence.
- Support the planning of annual business development roadmaps and partnership initiatives.
4. Collaboration With Operations & Service Delivery Teams
- Work closely with Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure proposed service packages are feasible and profitable.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and compliance with service expectations.
- Address client concerns or operational issues by liaising with relevant teams.
5. Contract Negotiation & Management
- Lead discussions on commercial terms, contract scope, pricing structures, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, procurement requirements, and industry standards.
6. Branding, Networking & Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the company at business meetings, industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions.
- Strengthen Shiners Facilities Pte Ltd's visibility and credibility in the cleaning and facilities management sector.
- Cultivate relationships with government agencies (e.g., NEA, BCA), real estate associations, and corporate partners.
7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor partnership performance metrics, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and contract renewals.
- Prepare management reports on partnership outcomes, pipeline development, and business opportunities.
