• Oversee route planning, vehicle utilisation, and delivery scheduling to optimise operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport partners, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
