Job summary

A large cap-listed property investment group in Singapore is looking for a Legal Manager. The role involves liaising with government authorities and external counsel, providing legal advice across various matters such as corporate and employment law, and managing agreements for M&A and joint ventures. Candidates should have a degree in Law and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in private practice, preferably from a top Singaporean or international law firm. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in private practice at a top law firm.
• In-house experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Must be a team player and adopt a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with government authorities, banks, and external counsel on legal matters.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory, corporate, real estate, and employment matters.
• Manage and draft agreements, assist in project financing, M&A, and investment activities.
