Job summary

A major global fragrance company is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead their business in Southeast Asia. The role requires a university degree and 8-10 years of overall experience, with 6+ years specifically in the fragrance industry. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, establishing relationships with decision-makers, and driving business growth. Proficiency in English and strong negotiation skills are essential. Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of overall experience in sales or business.
  • 6+ years of functional/technical experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow Givaudan's business on one category across SEA.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and leaders.
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop growth opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to pricing agreements and compliance guidelines.

Skills

Verbal and written command of English
Competence in olfactive skills and fluency in fragrance language
Ability to energise and lead a cross-functional team
Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships
Competent negotiation skills
Competence in developing and delivering presentations
Track record of new wins and business growth
Understanding of brands, market & consumer dynamics
Knowledge of CMR testing protocols
Strategic Business Management
Expert knowledge of pricing guidelines
Understanding operations and logistics
