Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is looking for a Senior HR Executive to oversee operations and manage the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate requires a Bachelor's in Human Resources and at least 5 years in the HR sector, preferably in the F&B industry. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • IHRP-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR representative for stakeholders.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Handle work pass applications and compliance.
  • Assist in employee dispute resolution.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations.
