Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise HR Management functions for all staff.
• Support leadership succession planning and development.
• Participate in policy reviews and adopt them for NIE.
• Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution.
• Organize dialogues and communication sessions for employee groups.
