• Identify, pursue, and close mid-to-large value opportunities and long-term contracts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic advisor, aligning solutions to client business needs.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Forecast revenue and manage pipeline performance using CRM tools.
• Coach and support Sales Executives to improve performance and closing effectiveness.
