Job summary

A leading educational organization is seeking a senior Finance Business Partnering leader in Singapore. This role involves partnering with Group and Business Unit leaders to drive strategic finance and business performance insights. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong financial modelling skills, and a proven background in leading teams. The position also focuses on enhancing financial processes through automation and digital tools, ensuring efficiency and effective governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in people management.
• Strong background in Financial BP, commercial finance, or strategic finance.
• Experience in Big Four, technology, internet, or high-growth companies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Group and BU leaders to support strategy and commercial decisions.
• Lead business performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reviews.
• Build and maintain core financial models to assess new business opportunities.
• Drive finance process improvement, standardisation, and automation.
• Lead the digitalisation of financial analysis and use of AI/automation tools.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing FBP team.
