Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Director or Senior Management role.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.
• Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and corporate governance.
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related services industries will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement business development and expansion strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Review, approve, and manage major contracts, investments, and commercial decisions.
• Lead and supervise senior management and operational teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, and official engagements.
