Qualifications

• Proven US listing experience, preferably via SPAC.

• Strategic and hands-on finance leader with exposure to multinational environments.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance functions including reporting, controls, and strategic planning.
• Drive and support US listing activities, preferably via SPAC.
• Manage investor relations, auditors, advisors, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner closely with senior management for business growth and expansion.
