Job summary

A well-established packaging products supplier in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle customer orders, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate should have GCE O Level education and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Forklift license is a plus. The role offers a starting salary of UP$2300 and a complete benefits package.

• Basic Salary UP$2300 + OT

• Working days & hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM (Monday – Friday)

Job Scope

• Handle customer orders, verify details, and ensure stock availability.
• Pick, pack, and label items accurately, following quality and packaging standards.
• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist in stock counts.
• Process returns and exchanges, restock or dispose of items as required.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve order issues and provide updates.
• Update order/inventory systems and prepare fulfilment reports.
• Ensure orders meet quality standards and comply with safety protocols.
• Suggest and support initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Requirement

• GCE O Level and above
• 1 – 3 years related experience in relevant position
• Possess Forklift License is an added advantage
