Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Executive/Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse Management, along with 3-4 years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years experience in managing as a Warehouse Executive/Supervisor.
• Prior supervisory experience in a store.
• Possess Class 3 driving license & valid forklift license is an advantage.

• Maintain accurate records and report data and metrics to management
• Collaborate with other departments to support daily activities and to improve process and efficiencies
• Management inventory levels and co-ordinate with production to ensure that materials are available when needed
• To conduct stock count on monthly basis
• To train, coach, schedule, and motivate store team members

Job Requirements

• Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Logistic and Warehouse Management or equivalent
• Min. 3 -4 years experience in managing as a Warehouse Executive/Supervisor in Manufacturing sector
• Prior supervisory experience in store
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems. Knowledge in Epicor an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Possess Class 3 driving license & valid forklift license an advantage
