Qualifications

• Experience in retail/supermarket/mini-mart/provision shop preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day running of the shop/mini-mart.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Check incoming deliveries and verify quantity and quality of goods.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of food items.
• Prepare staff duty roster and manage attendance/overtime.
• Submit daily/week reports to management.

Skills

Strong supervision and leadership skills

Basic computer skills and POS/cashier system knowledge

Education

GCE O-Level / Higher Secondary / Diploma or equivalent
