Job summary

A local logistics company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a position focused on spare parts management and warehouse operations. The ideal applicant should have at least a Nitec qualification in mechanical background and demonstrate a reliable work attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and prior experience in logistics or warehouse settings would be advantageous. Candidates with good communication skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

  • Min. Nitec and above with mechanical background.
  • Reliable and Positive work attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
  • General store documentation experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in logistic/Warehouse will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with users on part withdraw or dispatch from store.
  • Check incoming new spare parts to receiving store.
  • Report to supervisor on the spare part issue.
  • Work with store team and internal purchaser for inquiries regarding spare parts status.
  • Send spare part withdrawal report to the department by requirement.
  • Maintain the store 5S, including stock take activities.
