Job summary

A leading retail company in Singapore is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the store team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory role, strong leadership skills, and a focus on customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving sales, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This role offers a salary of up to $2,900/month with allowances and incentives.

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead and manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, setting targets, and motivating the team.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and shrinkage prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to brand guidelines.
  • Handle store administration, including cash management, daily sales reporting, and SOP compliance.
  • Collaborate with Area/Regional Managers to implement initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Customer-focused, results-oriented, and able to drive sales.
  • Good understanding of store operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
